Some times I come across cards that are so lovely that I want to make my own version of these cards. When I saw Heather Nichols’s card I knew I had to try and create something along the very same lines. I didn’t have the exact same stamps / papers but I found a stamp with some small flowers and one with flower stems that I used. I stamped the dotted paper and that was all I needed to recreate Heather’s card.
When I made these cards, I didn’t have a working sewing machine so I had to draw a dashed line at the top of the cards. Next time I’ll make these cards (and I just might) I’ll have my new sewing machine ready to add some subtle dimension to the cards.
