I think this might be the first time I’ve participated in Papertrey Ink’s Make it Monday challenges. This week Melissa challenged us to take inspiration from a card aisle card for our own project. I went to the virtual card aisle at amazon.de and found this card
I was inspired by the composition of the card as well as the green paper at the bottom of the card. To mimic the sheeps I chose to use Rosie Posie and arrange the flowers in a shape similar to the shape of the pile of sheeps.
I changed the theme of the card to Christmas and added holly leaves as well as a liberal spreading of glitter to achieve the festive look of a Christmas decoration.
I loved this Make it Monday and I’ve already saved multiple other card aisle cards to my inspiration folder. Such a cool idea and a great way to “cheat” a bit on the design.
